Intake Department Manager

Crystal is the Intake Department Manager at Dalimonte Rueb Stoller, LLP.  In 2005, she graduated with honors from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations.  Having earned a Dean’s Scholarship, she attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law and graduated cum laude in 2009.  During her legal education, she dedicated herself to law review as a published notes and articles editor.  Her article, titled Misperceived Child Testimony: Why Credibility Should be Presumed for Unaccompanied and Separated Children Seeking Asylum, was published in the 2008 edition of the law school journal.  Crystal’s efforts earned her the Thomas Jefferson Law Review James Madison Editor Award for outstanding performance and dedication to law review. 

After earning her Juris Doctorate, Crystal joined the mass tort firm of Ford & Associates Nationwide Legal Services, A.P.C.  As Ford & Associates’ Chief Administrator, she revamped the intake department by creating and implementing technological and managerial solutions to help promote growth, efficiency, and quality service.  Crystal has overseen firmwide marketing, case management systems and training, and the collection and settlement process of thousands of cases valuing millions of dollars.  During her career at Ford & Associates, the firm became known as an industry leader in mass tort intake.

Since joining Dalimonte Rueb Stoller, LLP, Crystal has dedicated her skills to helping our firm build an in-house intake department.  Crystal is passionate about building a team that provides the highest quality of service to each client. 

In her free time Crystal enjoys being outdoors, cooking, bowling, and spending time with her family.
