Jessica Seares is an attorney in Dalimonte Rueb Stoller’s Atlanta office. Jessica earned her JD from Emory Law School, graduating with highest honors and achieving the Order of the Coif, the Pro Bono service award, and the Judge Rowland W. Barnes Memorial Scholarship by the Atlanta Bar Association. After law school, she clerked for Georgia Court of Appeals Judge M. Yvette Miller, helping to adjudicate and resolve major criminal and civil cases. After clerking, she practiced in the Appellate Division of the Office of the Public Defender of the Atlanta Judicial Circuit, achieving major wins for her clients. She has years of experience practicing in front of Georgia trial and appellate courts, as well as experience federal courts across the Southeast. She is currently a barrister in the Bleckley Inn of Court.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Jessica was a scientist and scholar. Ms. Seares earned a doctorate from the University of Georgia, was published in her field, and had served on the faculty of Emory University’s Department of Environmental Studies and as a faculty member for Boston University’s International Honors Program.
