Stephen “Buck” Daniel was born and raised in Rocky Face, Georgia. After attending The McCallie School in Chattanooga, Tennessee, he graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia before attending Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. While at Cumberland he was awarded the Eula May Brown and Presidential Scholarships. He is admitted to the Georgia Bar and licensed to practice before all state courts and the United States District Court For The Northern District Of Georgia. He is a member of the inaugural Georgia Trial Lawyers Association’s LEAD class, and has been named a member of The National Trial Lawyers – Top 40 Under 40 from 2012 until 2017. Since his admittance to the Bar, Buck has successfully handled personal injury cases, toxic tort worker’s compensation claims, domestic matters, felony criminal charges along with a focus on pharmaceutical mass torts. He has successfully collected over $50 million for his clients.
