The attorneys at Dalimonte Rueb Stoller have achieved significant results for countless clients over their combined fifty years of practice. As successful trial attorneys, our partners have extensive experience in and out of the courtroom. John Dalimonte, Gregory Rueb, and Paul Stoller have represented tens of thousands of clients throughout the United States in complex multi-district mass tort litigation, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice and more. Their patience to learn the facts of each case they handle, whether large or small, combined with a deep understanding of the law make them fierce opponents in the courtroom and at the negotiating table.
Based on the facts of the case and its circumstances, we do what is best for our clients and their family. In some cases that means taking a case through to jury trial, in other instances, coming to an appropriate settlement. Regardless of the legal path, we are always prepared to fight for our clients’ rights. It’s all about the facts. Our team works with our clients to collect the valuable information needed to get the best results. We will guide you through the process and ensure you are represented to the fullest.
Although the partners are on the front lines fighting in court, an entire team of attorneys, paralegals, client services and support staff are behind the scenes working on your case. Starting from your first call until your case has been resolved, you will be speaking with trusted members of our staff assisting on your legal matters.
To excel in today’s technology driven world the modern law firm must embrace cutting edge technology for communications, data management and security. Dalimonte Rueb Stoller leverages the latest and most secure technology platforms available today. Using such technology we are able to better deliver our services, efficiently and effectively.
When mass tort Multi-District Litigation (MDL) is organized by the court, a Plaintiff Steering Committee (PSC) is organized and attorney members are appointed to lead the common interests of all MDL plaintiffs. Although the responsibilities vary slightly by MDL, the purpose of the PSC remains the same.
PSC attorneys are appointed based on their skill, knowledge of the particular MDL facts and history, represented clients, and ability to perform the necessary common benefit work. Such work includes: gathering evidence, documents, records, taking depositions, identifying and interviewing witnesses, meeting with experts, and drafting briefs that will be used for the common benefit of all plaintiffs affected by that particular MDL.
Attorneys serving on a PSC are at the front lines of that litigation, with the best and most accurate information. They also have a direct seat in the courtroom or at the negotiating table. Therefore, only the very strongest and best qualified attorneys are selected for these prestigious positions.
